Shipping Within Canada

Orders less than $99 (before taxes) $17.99

Orders $99 and over (before taxes) Free*

*Free Shipping offer applies to online orders valued at $99 and over, before taxes and shipped within Canada (except NT, NU and YT). Not valid on orders that contain photofinishing prints or orders placed through The Print Refinery™. Orders shipped to NT, NU or YT will be charged regular shipping rates.

Goods such as chemistry, backdrops, studio lights, telescopes, printers, or any other large items will have an additional shipping surcharge applied to the order. This also includes all photographic prints larger than 36".

IMPORTANT: Delivery service is solely the responsibility of the shipping courier. If any issues arise Don's Photo will assist you, however we will not be responsible for courier errors, address errors, mis-delivery, delivery delays or lost / stolen shipments. Your shipment is not insured by Don's Photo Ltd. If you would like to add Courier Insurance please email customerservice@donsphoto.ca to request a quote.

International Orders

All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. Shipping cost to the USA will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will contact you prior to shipping to order with the exact amount and carrier. Brokerage, Duty and any applicable taxes are not part of the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. At this time, we cannot ship or accept orders outside of North America

Curbside or In-Store Pick-up

An email confirmation will be sent went your order is ready for pick-up. Most orders take 24-48 hours to process, however some items may need to be shipped from another location may take up to a few business days. For shipping status, please email us or contact your store directly.
