Extended Holiday Exchange & Return Policy

Holiday gifts purchased November 12th, 2022 onward will have an extended return and exchange period until January 7th, 2023.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on November 25th (Black Friday) and December 26th (Boxing Day). Normal return conditions still apply.

Price Guarantee
Between November 12 and December 31, 2022, if you make a purchase with us and the offered price drops in our store our on our website, we will gladly refund you the difference. Get in touch with one of our Store Associates or our Customer Service Department and provide them with your original bill of sale.


We offer a 14-day refund and/or exchange on most products. All items considered for exchange or refund must be in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by a store manager.

Original receipt or copy of the order confirmation is necessary for any return or exchange. Refund will be credited back against the original method of payment or to a Gift Card. Cash purchases over $150 will be refunded by cheque and will take 5 business days to process.

No refund or exchange of the following items will be accepted:

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Open Memory Cards
  • Re-furbished, out-of-stock, or Special Order Items
  • Printers in which ink or ribbon has been installed
  • Services
  • Shipping & handling charges

Sensitized Goods like

  • Film
  • Paper and Chemistry
  • Batteries
  • Ink Cartridges
  • Bulbs

Purchases made on EBay are not eligible for return or exchange.

All eligible items can be either returned directly to one of our stores or shipped to us. Prior to shipping us the item, please call or e-mail our return department.
