Due to the temporary closure of our retail stores, we will be extending our return and exchange period for 14 days on all purchase made after March 8th.
We offer a 14-day refund and/or exchange on most products. All items considered for exchange or refund must be in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials.
Original receipt or copy of the order confirmation is necessary for any return or exchange. Refund will be credited back against the original method of payment or to a Gift Card. Cash purchases over $150 will be refunded by cheque and will take 5 business days to process.
No refund or exchange of the following items will be accepted:
Open Memory Cards
Re-furbished, out-of-stock, or Special Order Items
Printers in which ink or ribbon has been installed
Sensitized Goods like
Paper and Chemistry
All Drones and all DJI branded products
Shipping & handling charges
All eligible items can be either returned directly to one of our stores or shipped to us. Prior to shipping us the item, please call or e-mail our return department.
You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is lost or damaged during the return shipment. Don's Photo is not responsible for any shipping, duty or brokerage charges occurred for returning the product to us.
