DON'S PHOTO PRICE MATCHING POLICY
Don's Photo not only has friendly and knowledgeable staff that will not only take the time to help you find the right equipment for your needs, we will also show you how to use it.
These are a few of the good reasons to buy from Don's Photo. But did you know that we price-match?
Our prices are competitive across Canada, but if you find a lower advertised price before you buy, or within 14 days of your purchase, we'd like to help you save money by matching it. Just ask us! Have questions about our price matching? Drop us a line.
To be eligible for a price match, the item must be the same model and colour, in new condition from an authorized Canadian dealer, and come with the same contents and the same Canadian warranty. The retailer we're matching has to have the item in stock. Price matches will include any additional fees they charge (shipping, environmental handling fee, etc.), and are calculated before tax is added.
For price adjustments after the sale, bring us your receipt and we'll refund the difference to your original method of payment or a Don's Photo gift card your choice. For cash and cheque sales, we reserve the right to refund by cheque* or gift card.
There are some things we can't always price-match. These include (but are not restricted to) services, open-box or refurbished goods, below-cost clearance sales, limited-time or limited-quantity items, coupons, free or bonus offers, rebates, package deals, eBay or online-only sales, special event pricing (including Boxing Week, Black Friday and Cyber Monday), and advertising errors or misprints.
While we can't promise to price-match in those situations, it never hurts to ask. We'll see if we can match it, or even put together a better package that will offer more value for your hard-earned money.
*Cheque refunds can take 5-10 days to be processed.
