Email Privacy Policy
Your receipt will display the products sub-total, shipping charges, and appropriates taxes in Canadian Dollars. Orders are not binding upon DON'S PHOTO SHOP LTD. until accepted by DON'S PHOTO SHOP LTD. Acceptance of your order shall take place when your credit card is debited or other payment is cleared and until then, DON'S PHOTO SHOP LTD. reserves the right to reject your order for any reason, including for a misprint in the price displayed on the web site or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes.
Prices are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance of your order and in case of a change we shall notify you and ask you whether you still wish to proceed.
Receipt of your order does not guarantee that we can supply the selected products to you. All the products on The eStore web site are subject to availability and we must therefore reserve the right in exceptional circumstances: to limit quantities of products we supply; to alter the availability and duration of, and to terminate at any time, any special offers. We will not deduct any sums from your credit card unless, or will deduct sums only to the extent, we are able to deliver the products to you as ordered.
All applicable taxes will be charged on the order unless you provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate prior to placing the order. If your order is to be tax exempt, you should fax a valid sales tax exemption certificate to: DON'S PHOTO (204) 956-0289.
After faxing your certificate, you may call (800) 561-6403 Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and ask to speak to a customer service representative to place a tax-exempt order.
Privacy Policy
We understand that the personal information and privacy of our customers must be protected that is why we do not sell, swap or trade any personnel information with third parties.
The information that we do request from you is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, managing your account and keeping you informed about updates, recalls and new products and services.
Only authorized Don's Photo employees have access to this information and we have policy and procedures in place to keep your information confidential.

Cancelling your order
Please e-mail customerservice@donsphoto.ca or call 1-800-561-6403 as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please review our Return Policy for returning merchandise.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver anywhere in North America. Orders sent to PO boxes must include a physical street address or highway number. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Shipping costs include shipping, handling & insurance.
We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure your accepted orders are delivered promptly but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery, and accept no liability or responsibility for delayed delivery of products however such delay may be caused.
Pick up your order at one of our stores during normal business hours Monday to Friday and enjoy FREE SHIPPING! We will e-mail you when your order is ready for pick up (usually 3-7 business days).
